This assessment tool is designed to help people reach their potential and increase both enjoyment and engagement in their jobs.  It can be used for job applicants before hiring, current employees onboard, evaluating a person’s talents and preferences or determining how to make the best use of talent in the workplace. You will receive an email from The A-Note Company within one business day to register employee(s) who will receive the assessment. In addition to the assessment, you can also choose additional services:  

  • Results meeting - Have a member of The A-Note Company Co-facilitate your meeting.  
  • Developmental plan - Let's us develop a plan for your employee's success.
