Our Start
On May 20, 2013 I had an idea. That idea was to start a monthly newspaper article called “The A-Note”. The mission was simple, small business owners had questions and this was a way to help those outside of my H.R. day job. It was after the economic downturn and local businesses were suffering. The article answered questions about human resources and gave guidance on other aspects of business. As a previous business owner, I could understand the need for sound advice. Then the emails came, and the phone started to ring. This all from a once-a-month article? We are proud to say that over the years nothing has changed except it’s no longer “The A-Note” monthly article. Today we are proud to say WE ARE The A-Note Company.
Our Goal
Is to provide the very best in Business and Human Resource Consulting to ensure the success of every company we interact with. We want to change the world by creating a work life balance through true communication, planning, and teamwork. Changing the world by yourself could be boring but if we do it together the sky is the limit.
